This policy explains how Bunty's Hair and Skin Studio uses information you give us on this website, on the phone, on WhatsApp, by email, or at the studio.

2. What we collect

Name, mobile number and the service you ask about
Email address, if you give one
Appointment date and time
City or studio you want to visit
Messages you send us
Notes we need for a wig, patch, topper, extension or hair system, such as size and colour
Photos, only if you agree, for fitting or for before-and-after

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.

3. Why we use it

To confirm your appointment by call, WhatsApp or email
To do the service you booked
To remind you of a service visit
To reply to a job or franchise enquiry

We do not sell your number, your email or your photos.

4. Who can see it

Only the studio team that needs it for your visit. Messages you send to service08buntys@gmail.com are read by the studio. If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube, those companies also handle that message under their own rules.

5. How long we keep it

We keep appointment and order notes for as long as we need them for your service and our records, then we delete or clear them. You can ask us to delete your number, email and photos. We will do that unless we must keep a bill for tax.

6. This website

The site does not run ads and does not sell visitor data. Fonts and icons load from the internet so the pages look correct.
