1. Who we are

These terms apply to Bunty's Hair and Skin Studio (“we”, “us”, “the studio”), including our studio on Old Padra Road, Vadodara, and this website. By booking a visit, ordering a hair piece, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide customized hair wigs, non-surgical hair replacement, hair extensions, hair patches, female hair toppers, hair care, skin care and salon services. Work is planned for the person in the chair. Results depend on hair type, scalp condition, lifestyle and after-care. Photos on this website are examples. Your result can look different.

We are a studio, not a hospital. Our work is not a medical treatment and does not replace a doctor’s advice, including for cancer care or skin conditions.

3. Appointments

• An online booking is a request. It is confirmed only after we call or message you.
• Studio hours for appointments are 10:00 am to 8:30 pm.
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
• To cancel or change a visit, tell us at least 24 hours before, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

4. Custom hair pieces

• Wigs, systems, patches, toppers and custom extensions are made or matched to your size, colour and notes.
• Once making has started on your measurements, that order cannot be cancelled for a full refund.
• You must follow the care steps we give you. Damage from wrong washing, heat, or a missed service visit is not covered.

5. Price and payment

Prices are told before the work starts. Payment is due as agreed at the studio. We may ask for an advance on a custom order.

6. Photos

Before-and-after photos are used only with your permission. You may refuse.

7. Website

Content on this website is for information. You may not copy our photos, logo or text for your own business.
